Apple and Pear Crisps

Recipe for Multi Taste Hot Air Fryer

Ingredients

3 People
  • For the Crisps:
  • 2 Red apples
  • 2 Green pears
  • For the Chocolate Cover:
  • 200 g Dark chocolate, melted
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut oil, melted
  • 99.999999999999 g Almond slices

Preparation

Step 1
For the Crisps: Prepare the Apples and Pears. Wash the apples and pears thoroughly. Slice them thinly, about 1-2 mm thick, using a mandoline or sharp knife for even slices and put them in the WMF Multi Taste Hot Air Fryer. Place the apple and pear slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 150°C (300°F) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. The slices should turn crisp and golden brown.
For the Crisps:
Red apples
Green pears

For the Chocolate Cover: While the slices cool, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth. This can be done using a microwave or double boiler. Dip each apple and pear crisp halfway into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle almond slices over the chocolate-coated side before it hardens. Place the chocolate-dipped crisps on baking paper and let them cool in the fridge for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
For the Chocolate Cover:
g Dark chocolate, melted
tbsp. Coconut oil, melted
g Almond slices
Step 3
For Serving: Once the chocolate is set, transfer the crisps to a bowl or plate and enjoy!
