How can I see if my order was successful?

After the ordering process, you are taken to the order confirmation page, where you will see your order number. We also send you an email with all the relevant details of your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

 

Can I see my order details?

If you have registered with myWMF, you can check your current order at any time. You can register easily using the "myWMF" button. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time.

 

Can I change an order after it has been submitted?

We do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. This means that an order may be sent immediately after confirmation. Unfortunately, changes are therefore no longer possible.

 

Can two orders be combined after they have been submitted?

We do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. This means that both orders may be sent immediately after confirmation and it is therefore no longer possible to combine them.

Can I change my data after it has been submitted?

If you have registered with WMF, you can change your data for future orders at any time. Log in to "myWMF". You can then change your address, log-in details and all other data you have stored with us.

 

How do I cancel/return an order?

You will receive the return form with your order confirmation. For this procedure it is important that the goods have already been shipped. You can then simply click on the link on your order confirmation page or in the invoice email and you will be taken to our returns portal, where you can download a return label. The purchase price will be refunded using the method you used to pay for the online purchase.

Can I also order by telephone?

Unfortunately it is not possible to order by telephone. If you require advice on our products by telephone, our Service Team will be happy to help you. Please call +49 (0) 7331 256 256.

 

Why can I also order KAISER and SILIT products from WMF?

KAISER baking pans and Silit are brands of the WMF and form part of the portfolio of WMF Retail GmbH. This means that, as a WMF customer, you benefit from an even wider range of products. We are pleased to be able to offer you all three brands in our online shop. You can find more information on the brands here.

 

My voucher code was not accepted

Please ensure you have entered the voucher code correctly. The voucher code is case sensitive. If you are still not successful, please contact our Service Team.

 

Why have I not received a voucher?

We send vouchers when you first register for WMF Newsletter. Simply register for WMF newsletter and you won't have to wait long for your first voucher.
