Asparagus with grilled peach

  • 1 bunch Asparagus (small)
  • 1 Peach, ripe
  • 1 Red onion
  • Sliced almonds
  • 1 Red pepper
  • Chili flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Lemon
  • 1 slices Of wheat bread

Preparation

Step 1
Rinse the asparagus and cut off the tough ends. Cook (roast) the asparagus in a pan until soft and season with salt and chili flakes.

Step 2
Grill the peach and thinly sliced onion in a little olive oil on a grill or in the oven until soft. Roast the almonds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Serve everything on a thick, previously grilled slice of bread. Sprinkle with red pepper, salt, lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
