  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Pitted date
  • 1 cups Cold espresso
  • 2 tbsp. Oat milk
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1
Place the frozen banana, the cocoa powder, the pitted date, the cold coffee, the oat milk and the ice cubes in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Add a little more oat milk for a more liquid consistency.

Step 2
The smoothie is meant to be thick and creamy, so you should not add too much liquid. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. If you like your smoothie sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of maple syrup before blending.
