Recipe for One Pot Pressure Cooker Perfect / Perfect Premium
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter over a low heat, crumble the oat cookies in a food chopper and then mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter.
Line the base of the tray with baking paper, spread the cookie mixture evenly over the base and press down with the back of a spoon. Place in the fridge until you need to process it further.

Step 2
Place the ingredients for the cheese mixture, except for the eggs and egg yolks, in a bowl and stir until smooth. Stir in the eggs one after the other followed by the egg yolks. Pour the cheese mixture onto the prepared base.

Step 3
Cover the base of the pressure cooker with some water, place the trivet in the pot and place the insert on top. Close the pressure cooker and bake the cheesecake for 35 minutes on cooking setting 2. Then remove the pot from the heat and wait until the pressure has released on its own. Carefully remove the springform pan from the pot.
Step 4
To prepare the morello cherries, drain them and collect the juice. Top up the juice with water until it reaches 500 ml. Now stir the pudding powder into some of the liquid until smooth and bring the remaining liquid to the boil over a medium heat. Add the dissolved pudding powder and simmer for around 1 minute while stirring. Fold in the cherries and leave to cool slightly.
