Espresso Tonic

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Espresso oder Cold Brew
  • 180 ml Tonic Water
  • Ice cubes
  • For decoration:
  • 1 Lemon or orange
  • 1 sprigs Rosemary

Preparation

Step 1
Prepare the espresso and let it cool.

Step 2
Fill the glass with plenty of ice cubes. Pour the tonic water over the ice cubes and wait for the carbonation to settle slightly.

Step 3
Slowly pour the espresso over the ice cubes to maintain the distinct layers and crema of the espresso.
Step 4
Decorate with lemon or orange zest and a rosemary sprig as topping.
