Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and grease the bundform pan well.

Melt 100 g of the dark chocolate over a hot water bath, roughly chop the remaining chocolate.

Cream the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and mix in for 30 seconds at a time.

Stir in 150 ml milk or cream.

Mix the baking powder and salt into the flour and add to the liquid ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. Pour half of the batter into the bundt cake tin.

Stir the melted chocolate, remaining milk/cream and cocoa into the other half of the batter and fold in the chopped chocolate.
Step 7
Pour the dark dough onto the light dough. Marble with a fork and bake at 180 °C for 45-50 minutes.

Leave the marble cake to cool, turn out and dust with powdered sugar.
