Grilled avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Chili powder
  • Fresh coriander (optional)

Preparation

Step 1
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut into small cubes. Crumble the feta with your hands.

Mix the tomatoes and feta in a bowl. Whisk the lime juice with the olive oil and add to the mixture. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and chili powder to taste.

Step 3
Halve the avocados, remove the stone and grill with the skin on for about 5-10 minutes.

Rinse the coriander and serve the grilled avocado halves with the tomato and feta mixture. Garnish with coriander leaves to taste.
