Recipe for One Pot Pressure Cooker Perfect / Perfect Premium

Ingredients

2 People
  • 2 Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 4 cl Vodka (optional)
  • 400 ml Chopped tomatoes from the tin
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 500 ml Water
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 70 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 25 g Butter
  • 300 g Rigatoni
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1
Peel and finely dice the shallots and garlic cloves and heat the olive oil in the pressure cooker pot and sauté the shallots and garlic cloves over a medium heat. Optional: Add the vodka and boil down for 1 minute.

Step 2
Add the tomato chunks, cream, water, salt, chili flakes and sugar and stir well. Add the pasta and mix everything well. Then close the lid and bring to the boil. After it reaches cooking setting 1, reduce the temperature and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3
Release the steam and open the lid. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan cheese and the butter until the sauce is creamy and the cheese has melted. Divide the one pot pasta between the plates and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil as desired.
