Preparation

Step 1
Ube is a purple yam from the Philippines, known for its vibrant color and sweet, slightly nutty flavor. It's often used in Filipino desserts. For the best Ube ice cream, use Ube paste or Ube powder made from cooked and mashed Ube, sugar, and coconut milk. It gives the ice cream its intense color and unique sweet, nutty taste.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the butter in the skillet. Halve the plums and slice them. Mix the plums with the raspberries and blueberries, then spread everything in the buttered skillet.
