Savoury Waffles with Salmon and Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4.5 Eggs (room temperature)
  • 450 g Flour
  • 562.5 ml Milk (slightly warm)
  • 120 g Neutral Oil
  • 1.5 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1.5 Salt
  • 1.5 tsp. Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Cream cheese
  • 240 g Smoked salmon
  • 1.5 sprigs Fresh dill
  • Black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1.5 Juice from Lemon

Preparation

Step 1
For the waffles: Separate egg whites from yolks. Add flour, milk, oil, baking powder and salt to the yolks, and mix well.

Salt
tsp. Sugar
Step 2
Beat the egg whites with sugar. Add gradually to the waffle mass. Bake each portion for a few minutes.

For serving: Serve with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and fresh dill. Add some black pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
