  • 3 slices Bread of your choice

  • 30 g Of Spanish mountain cheese
  • Oregano
  • Spanish red wine of your choice

Preparation

Step 1
For preparation: Grill the king prawns in the WMF Profi Plus Contact Grill Perfection. Cut the zucchini and purple carrots into thin round slices. Mix the olive oil with the lime and coarse salt. Refine the cut zucchini and purple carrot with the mixture. Fry the bread slices in a pan till crispy. Cut the potato into very thin slices and fry them in a pan till they get a chip texture.

Step 2
For serving: In a small plate place one slice of fried bread chip, then one zucchini and one blue carrot slice. On top of them add the potato chip and then the grilled prawn. Cross the tower of layers with a large toothpick. On the side of the plate place the salad, some olives, a piece of the Spanish mountain cheese and a slice of the Spanish air-dried ham. Garnish with oregano. Pour some red wine in a glass and ready to serve.
