Spicy Wraps with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • For the filling:
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 Carrots
  • 100 g Green salad
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Maple syrup
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 cans Chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • Salt & pepper
  • For the guacamole:
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper
  • For the wraps:
  • 4 Corn tortillas

Preparation

Step 1
For the filling: Peel the onion and garlic, and dice each finely. Wash the peppers and carrots and cut them into small cubes. Wash the green salad and chop up.

Heat the olive oil in a pot or pan and briefly sauté the onions and garlic. Then add the paprika powder and maple syrup and stir in. Put the meat, tomatoes and vegetables in the pan and stir well. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes on a low heat, stirring occasionally and seasoning with salt and pepper.

For the guacamole: Meanwhile, for the guacamole, halve the avocado, remove the pit and mash the flesh in a bowl with a fork. Add lemon juice to taste, stir in the maple syrup and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4
For the wraps: Heat the wraps in a pan or on the grill without fat. Then top with green salad, the meat and vegetable filling, guacamole and roll up the wrap. Enjoy!
