  • Oil for cooking
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp. Boiling water
  • Red food coloring

Step 1

While the popcorn is being made, you can prepare the icing. In a small bowl, mix together powdered sugar, water and red food coloring together.
