On the one hand, its scratch-resistant WMF Protection Grid and PermaDur Long-Lasting non-stick coating offer robust use and effortless clean-up. On the other hand, a multilayer construction with aluminum core and Cromargan® exterior ensures the outstanding results of a traditional uncoated pan. With a design that safely goes from stovetop to oven in an instant, and convenient features including reduced-heat handles and a wide pouring rim, this fry pan promises flawless results every time. Compatible with all stovetops—including induction—it comes with a high-quality, dishwasher-safe spatula that is safe to use on non-stick cookware and ideal for turning delicate foods.
