On the other hand, a multilayer construction with aluminum core and Cromargan® exterior ensures the outstanding results of a traditional uncoated pan. With a design that safely goes from stovetop to oven in an instant, and convenient features including reduced-heat handles and a wide pouring rim, this wok pan promises flawless results every time.
